We hope you caught our presentation and panel discussion at the 2004 Association of Internal Management Consultants' National Conference.

This year’s National Conference was held in Orlando, Florida. Our presentation, "Building Collaboration" (with Connie Conboy, VP Corporate Quality, Bayer Corporation), and panel discussion, "Changing Your Spots -- Shifting Between Internal and External Consulting," were conducted on March 23, 2004.

We received the ASTD 2003 "Excellence in Practice Citation" for Workplace Learning and Development in recognition of our work on The Manitowoc Company's Accelerated Leadership Development Process.

The Citation was awarded at the American Society for Training and Development's 2004 International Conference, held in Washington, DC.
